INCERFA Uncertainty Phase
INCERFA is the initial phase of SAR operations, triggered when there is uncertainty about the safety or whereabouts of an aircraft.
During INCERFA, authorities begin gathering information and initiating preliminary actions to determine if there is a potential emergency.
If no communication is received from an aircraft within 30 minutes after the expected time, or after the first unsuccessful attempt to establish communication, SAR procedures are initiated.
Another condition is when an aircraft fails to arrive within thirty minutes of the ETA last notified to ATS unit
Údobí nejistoty INCERFA
INCERFA je počáteční fáze operací SAR, která se spouští v případě nejistoty ohledně bezpečnosti nebo místa pobytu letadla.
V průběhu INCERFA začínají orgány shromažďovat informace a zahajují předběžné kroky ke zjištění, zda se jedná o potenciální mimořádnou událost.
Pokud do 30 minut po očekávaném čase nebo po prvním neúspěšném pokusu o navázání spojení není od letadla přijata žádná komunikace, jsou zahájeny postupy SAR.
Další podmínkou je, když letadlo nedorazí do třiceti minut od ETA, které bylo naposledy oznámeno stanovišti ATS.
